  • Payment must be completed in full before scheduling a consultation or receiving a report.

  • We accept secure payments through UPI, Razorpay, or other approved gateways.

3. Refund Policy

All astrology consultations and reports are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payment or technical error (see our Return Policy page for details).

4. Delivery

  • Consultations are delivered online via Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp.

  • Reports are sent digitally through email or WhatsApp.

  • No physical shipping or courier delivery is involved.
