Refund and Returns Policy

At DhrumaNadi.com, every astrology consultation and personalized report is prepared individually with deep analysis, focus, and time investment. Because these are customized digital services, we do not offer refunds once a consultation or report has been delivered.

1. Non-Refundable Services

All astrology consultations (Basic, In-Depth, Yearly Prediction & Remedies, or Personalized PDF Report) are non-refundable once:

  • The session has been conducted, or

  • The personalized report has been generated and sent via email or WhatsApp.

2. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error

  • Payment charged but service not scheduled or delivered

In such cases, please contact us within 3 business days of the transaction at:

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

3. Session Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your consultation, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

4. Understanding Astrology

Astrology is a spiritual science — interpretations and predictions are based on planetary alignments and are meant for guidance and awareness, not guaranteed outcomes. We encourage clients to take decisions with free will and personal discretion.
